There are quite a few who wanna help me out of this self imposed box, before the blog it was desire n lust now offers of help, thank you sooo much for wanting to help me in such a situation. I can guarantee it isn't an easy task or a quick one. I have been here for 20 + years . A long time to become comfortable here and scared to get out. So please be aware just offering to help me or f**k me will not help. Been there and have done it many times over. This is a special and critical situation not to be dealt with easily there is someone or someones that can help me. When they appear magically as many things do in my life, it will just be what happens naturally and comfortably. Think Im expecting too much??? Not me, I know this to be true.

Well I'm new to this site, and how to's so I will just say I'm looking for suggestions on how to get out of sexual box I am in due to unhealthy relationships in the past. So I ask you for advice on how to get out of it.
