TO PASS OR NOT TO PASS

Yesterday I was driving along a narrow two lane dirt road which had NO PASSING signs posted along it. After a short while I came up behind a bicycle<b> rider </font></b>travelling at only 10kph. I figured I had two choices:-

1. Follow behind the bicycle<b> rider </font></b>for the next 10km's until I could legally pass.
OR
2. Break the traffic regulations and pass the bicycle<b> rider </font></b>so I don't get held up for time.

Which option did I choose?



As I am a law abiding citizen, of course I chose option 1. What would you have done if confronted with this circumstance?
