In general, I'm pretty shy and easy-going person. It takes me a bit to open up to someone, however once I do, I am pretty talkative and fun. Although it's a pretty different story when it comes to sex. lol. During sex, I am much more confident and assertive. That doesn't mean that I am disrespectful though. I really like to listen to my partner's inputs and make sure she is enjoying herself too. This is maybe a little too cheesy, but I think sex is much more fun if both people are having fun.
