[B]Just a 20-something year old with an incessant addiction to connecting dots, agitating convention, and altering common perceptions. [/B] It's crazy how almost every industry has developed new models of working -- such as independent contractor roles, remote positions etc. -- which has created flexibility however also decreasing the opportunity for one-on-one interactions with other people. I always thought that the purpose of going out to happy hours, bars and clubs were to build connections between others but I never really felt like they helped me develop any meaningful relationships. As someone who works in the Biotech Industry, it's hard to find any free time to go out, let alone meet new people so I figured that I'd give this a shot. I honestly feel that real connection requires creating an environment that embraces the unique identities and experiences of people and what better place to start that here? haha I'm a very open minded individual willing to try new things. I'm looking for a regular FWB arrangement and if an authentic social connection develops then even better.

My Ideal Person - Is a great conversationalist with passions outside of work.
- A woman with an appreciation of trying new things,
- hooking up in at different locations (maybe even outdoors), and
- always down for a sloppy make-out session.

Someone who's just tired of dealing with BS of flaky individuals.
