I had an idea that experiences here differed by gender and age, but it was still a surprise just by how much. I am of course solo bi male in my fifties. That is a disadvantaged group. Not young male, not a couple, not popular lol. Couples and single women are the power groups here, and I thought that they would get a few messages a day, somewhat more than I do unsurprisingly. I was very surprised when I heard they receive 20 to 30 messages a day. Good grief that is a lot of pleading men. No wonder the one's I chat with always seem busy and leave long gaps between messages! It must be quite an ego trip before the practicalities of dealing with that many messages cuts in. Although really it is simple, young guys, couples and people that can accommodate. Ta da. Even knowing a couple well doesn't protect me from those realities. An interesting zoo as ever.

ok so i'm out of sequence, sex before five. Sounds good to me though lol. And that is sort of the basis of my thoughts this time. I love sex, i love sex with women and i love sex with men. I came to this site with great expectations of finding people like myself that have very few boundaries. people who enjoy anything that turns them on, regardless of any social taboos that are attached to it. Well two years on and i have enjoyed myself enormously. i never thought that i would find myself wrist deep in a guys ass. Or enjoying fisting and fucking some special women, and i never expected to take men half my age to bed and have some great sex with hot bodies.but i wonder of late, am i getting blase?
It used to be the case that i saw everyone as a potential sexual experience, and some very nice men and women were. But now either i'm developing standards, or i'm just developing sex fatigue. All the weirdness that goes on here is starting to feel normal, and that's concerning me somewhat. I still do not want any emotional involvement, but i feel like i am trying more and more to finding interesting people, not just interesting bodies, or interesting sexual desires. Does this happen a lot of people on Polyamory Date i wonder?

Well this zoo is an education. Maybe there should be a BA (Polyamory Date). I could spend years on it. Men I have already mentioned as being far more complex than you would expect, well the bi ones anyway.
Women in the zoo are no less interesting. Where as men are i want, women can often be defined by what they won't want. Its a zoo for goodness sake yet its a single romantic Adonis or nothing, and its READ THE PROFILE MORON! Levels of rudeness. As one lovely lady put it, I have been patronised by better pond life than on here. Some do believe i think that they have a right to be as rude as they like. In fairness men are horrendously impolite in their messages too.
It would be interesting to investigate some behaviours. Why do people view profiles multiple times but not answer messages. Why do some women have 50 plus 'friends' very curious. Profiles have I am new to this next to member since 2008, huh?
It is an interesting place I have to admit. More research on the inmates required I think. More viewing of profiles and messaging. Now if I could just unravel the female mind enough to start a conversation. Steady there aim lower. Stick to men for a while first Lol!!
