when you have been on the go for an extended period of time you have trouble switching to relaxed mode when you finally do get some time off. I am experiencing that right now as I have 9 dazes off. Started off great, meeting some great people, having a fantastic weekend, but now it's Monday and I woke up at my normal Monday time and thought "fuck! what am I doing up this early on my week off"? So I did all the fun things we all do on our days off, cleaning, dishes, and laundry ...... oh yeah, and made a service appointment for my car for Wed. Talk about exciting!!!!!! 
To be honest, I think the rest of the week will be a bit underwhelming after Sat night/Sun morning but I want to make the most of my time off. A trip to Halifax is on the table for this coming Fri/Sat, or maybe Quebec City, but aside from pampering my car on Wed, the rest is wide open. So what do you like to do with your time off?
And yes, the GFY's are assumed for me belly-aching about time off

the Oscars and Pink comes out and sings "Over the Rainbow" and I start to cry. That was not expected, but it's not a bad thing to cry at beautiful things. Always had a soft spot for that song.

I commented on a friends blog tonight on a post where she talked about getting an abusive email from a man. Unfortunately this comes up quite often on the blogs I follow, men who can't take no for an answer and it got me thinking .....
if only it was this easy ..... but if that fails, you can always rely on old faithful

, leaving something to the imagination is always sexier than leaving nothing to the imagination. I see tons of pics of nakedness here, and while the curvy naked female body is a thing of beauty, a partially dressed, or undressed, woman gets my mind (and the rest of me) going.
A woman in lingerie, or clothed and just showing a quick flash of lingerie, makes you want to see more. I don't know if it is normal or expected of a man but I love to shop for lingerie for a woman.
More fun if she is shopping for it with you though Buying something for her because you think she will look great in it is fun for both (hopefully). Having her try on and model what you have purchased and having her see your smile tells her, without words, that she is sexy.
What are your thoughts on the subject?

does seem all the rage now to call smart sexy but I think smart has always been sexy, it just took a long time for the rest of the population to catch up. With the world shrinking due to technology (not actually shrinking for those of you starting to worry  ) more people are realizing that it takes smart people to keep things going. Now the down side of all this tech is the eroding of the written word as people use new "words", acronyms, and abbreviations, many of which require a translator to decode 
To all fellow grammar police, or as I learned a few days ago, my fellow editrix (is the plural form editrice or editrixs?? btw) keep fighting the good fight and stay sexy.

am a little torn. As you could see from my last post, I love sharing the shower (with a woman, for those of you wondering). But at the same time, sharing a bath, again, with a woman, holds its own and unique set of pleasures. While a shower provides lots of up close opportunities to touch, explore, and frolic, a bath seems like a more leisurely, albeit just as fun, experience. Sitting facing each other you can look into her eyes as you pull her close to you, sliding her legs over yours until you come together, hands moving to those spots that she loves touched. Sitting facing each other is also a great way to shave her legs for her. How many of you have had a man shave your legs before? Or for the men, how many of you have shaved a woman's legs? It is a different kind of intimate experience .... but still intense. Sitting behind her with her back to you lets you wash her back, rub her back, and then wash and "tickle" the rest of her warm and wet body, and if you are doing a good job, some parts will be wetter than others
So back to being a little torn. Shower or bath? ....well actually, if it's the right partner, it doesn't really matter. Either one will be funtastic. Do you have a preference?

ability to make words come alive on the page/screen is a rare gift. Being able to hear a person's voice in their words is what keeps people coming back to their blogs. Kudos to those writers that inspire the rest of us to keep plodding along.

to the end of the flu bug that has wrapped me up the past 10+ days. You don't really realize how much energy it takes out of you until you try to do everyday things. Not only does it throw your body for a loop, it dulls your creativity as well.
Now that I am feeling better, I can fully appreciate this picture

it's Valentine's Day and most are running around spending money like mad because they think it is what they are supposed to do. Here's a thought ....... try being romantic every day and not relying on a holiday to spur you on. Careful, you just might like it.

beats meeting someone in person that you have been chatting with online for a while. It's let's you see them for who they really are and it's great when they sound just like their chat. It's a feeling that you already know them and you are just picking up the conversation from the chat. Sure there are a few more questions but that's part of the fun, that and being able to get a feel for them as they are answering or listening. As a people watcher, I love watching and reading body language. Great hugs (thank you jb ),
great times, and some great people. Mind you, I did hear this a lot
Oh well, the price you pay for being a tease I guess

would someone have 3 separate profiles on Polyamory Date that all basically say the same thing, same age (45), same location (Halifax) and share some identical pics? What purpose does it serve? Especially when all 3 visit my profile within an hour of each other. My guess is multiple personalities
