I have heard SEXercise is "The New" exercise craze and hell I would enjoy Jumping on.... the bandwagon lol. I do know sex CAN be an aerobic work out if one can keep going.
Has anyone heard about classes and what goes on in them? I would appreciate any info. By the way...I am NOT looking for erotic movement exercises but actual intercourse exercises where one can get toned while having sex.
