In the Garden

Gentle breezes softly blowing, strands of hair flying loosely in the wind. Gazing up at the sky, watching the sunset, as colors brilliantly display their majesty across the sky. The reflection on the water is breath taking, the colors seeming to never end. I stand in awe, lost in the moment, the beauty of nature overtaking every sensation. Listening to creation join in, the trees rustling, the water lapping, birds singing. The sky getting darker, colors even more brilliant, the paintbrush so precise. Like a lovers touch, drawing you in, taking you further and further till you are left breathless. Causing every sensation to come alive and beg for more, touching you to the very core. Beautiful, Magnificent, Incredible

What is Veterans Day?United States President Woodrow Wilson first proclaimed an Armistice Day for November 11, 1919 by saying, "To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with lots of pride in the heroism of those who died in the country's service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations."

I want to say thank you for all of those that have served, or are serving. You are each heroes. Take time this day to remember the fallen, to say thank you to those men and women that are enlisted, or have been.

Somes Quotes and things I came across...

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. ~John Fitzgerald Kennedy

Courage is almost a contradiction in terms. It means a strong desire to live taking the form of readiness to die. ~G.K. Chesterton

When our perils are past, shall our gratitude sleep? ~George Canning

Freedom is never free. ~Author Unknown

In war, there are no unwounded soldiers. ~José Narosky

A poem I came across that touched me....

These heroes are dead.
They died for liberty - they died for us. They are at rest. They sleep in the land they made free, under the flag they rendered stainless, under the solemn pines, the sad hemlocks, the tearful willows, and the embracing vines. They sleep beneath the shadows of the clouds, careless alike of sunshine or of storm, each in the windowless Place of Rest. Earth may run red with other wars - they are at peace. In the midst of battle, in the roar of conflict, they found the serenity of death. I have one sentiment for soldiers living and dead: cheers for the living; tears for the dead. - Robert G. Ingersoll

Remember when you were a and your parents would mark a door frame to see how tall you were getting?

Well a whole new perspective to the aging process....

I long to be consumed by you,
Like a starving man hungers,
I do not crave a gentle touch,
Rather to be ravished in the power of your desire.

Bodies intertwined moving as one,
Locked in a passionate embrace,
Heated by passions fire,
Primitive sounds fill the air.

Bodies moving in harmony,
Thrusting with the beat,
Erotic rhythm of music in motion
Moving in time with the melody.

Soaring in timeless wonder,
Till satiation calms our need,
I long to be consumed by you,
Ravished in the power of your desire.

Smelling the salty air,
Waves crashing over the shore,
Sound of Seagulls all around,
Senses taking it all in.

Looking across the water,
No end in sight,
Hair blowing in the wind,
Cool breeze across my skin.

Natures majesty displayed,
Drawing you in like a lovers embrace,
Massaging away the worries,
Replacing it with anticipation.

Crimson petals like ruby red lips,
Soft velvet silken bud,
Glistening, with the morning dew,
Slowly opening, revealing her desire,
Calling out to be touched, caressed,
Longing to caress with a satin touch,
Standing with strength beckoning,
Come closer to my desire,
Close enough to smell the sweet nectar,
Close enough to taste the sensual ecstasy,
Dip into this pool of want,
Satiate this unquenchable desire.

Stimulating touch,
Erotic pleasures unfold,
Ecstasy released.

Forgotten passion,
Awakened by their touches,
Renewed in the fire.

Hotter and hotter,
Primal instincts take over,
Flame of desire.

Bodies Intertwined,
Glistening from passion's sweat,
Satiate their desire.

Floodgate is released,
Erotic moments fulfilled,
Quivering bodies.

You have invaded my mind
Made love to my soul
Opened my eyes that I can see.

The choice is yours to make
Inside I feel the ache
There is so much at stake
For you my soul will shake

You are the flame burning me
You are the darkness that dominates my sight
You are the pain I surrender too

The choice is yours to make
Inside I feel the ache
There is so much at stake
For you my soul will shake

Possessed by the music
Moving with the tempo
Enthralled by its power

Gazes locked, never wavering,
Desire builds like an inferno,
Awakening primal needs,
Hair pulled back, body shivers,
Hands forceful and demanding,
Taking what belongs to you,
Losing control to your touch,
Time stands still, nothing else matters,
Except this need to take and be taken,
Bodies glisten in passions dew,
The tempo beats out of control,
You are the Master of my body,
Knowing every inch, every valley, every crevice,
Playing it like a well tuned instrument,
Pushing me further and further,
Crying out for release,
Dangling on the edge,
Dive into my desire,
Tidal wave released.

Held captive by your gaze,
I surrender my will,
You are the one I seek,
The answer to my dream.

Do we embrace this darkness,
Do we fight this madness,
Should we let it flow,
Or should we let it go.

Desire captivates my mind,
Captured by your will,
Your scent pushes me farther,
Freedom is in your embrace.

Overwhelmed by the emotion,
Vibrant sensations,
Cries of pleasure,
Released in the wind.

Passion burns brighter,
Wrapping around us like a flame,
Pushing us closer and closer,
Taking us higher and higher.

Fire burning out of control,
Consuming all in its path,
Quench this internal flame,
Satiate my desire.

Sun peeks through the trees,
Shining down warming your soul,
Comforting, Healing, Welcoming.

Wind caresses your skin,
Sensual and beautiful,
Creating a whirlwind of feelings.

Trees call out your name,
Swaying with the wind,
Leaves reaching out for you.

The path calls out to you,
Reassuring you of your steps,
Relaxing your body the closer you get.

Destination ahead,
Birds begin to sing,
Welcome home.

Fog fills the air,
Heavy and thick,
Cold breeze blows in,
Chilling you to the bone.

Finding yourself standing alone,
Confused and dazed,
Battle worn and scarred,
Wondering where everyone went.

Is the fog hiding them,
Did they run and flee,
Were they masacared in the madness,
Did they stand by her side.

Fog starts to clear,
Shadows take on shapes,
Destruction fills her view,
Smoke rises from the battlefield.

Gazing at the site before her,
Dread fills her heart,
Left alone in this place,
Dependant only on herself.

Truth revealed in time,
Friendships exposed,
Clarity and resolution,
Knowing that she is on her own.

From the ashes she rises,
Clinging to the new day,
Hope wraps around her,
Warmning her very soul.

Love the sounds of a fire roaring in a fire place,
The crackling of the wood, the hiss of the fire,
The warmth that envelopes you, like a lovers embrace,
Wrapping their arms around you and holding you close.

Love to watch the fire dance, moving to its own tempo,
Like two lovers dancing to their own heart beats,
Wrapped up in each other, losing themselves,
Where time stand stills, nothing else matters.

Amazing how beautiful it is, yet so destructive,
Flames licking the wood, creating embers so bright,
Like passion igniting a fire, burning so bright,
Consuming all in its wake, till the hunger is satiated.

Flames of desire come and consume me,
Wrap your warmth around me until I quiver and shake,
Release passion through my veins,
Until it consumes me, and satiates me.
