At this moment 13 years ago, millions of Americans went to bed quietly, with no thought that the next morning their world would change forever.
That night hundreds packed flight bags they would never live to open. Thousands slept with loved ones for the last time.
One never knows what a new day has in store.

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the of Israel. "Pick up your shovels, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, (when Welfare was introduced) Roosevelt said, "Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a Camel, this is the Promised Land." Today, Congress has stolen your shovel, taxed your asses, raised the price of Camels and mortgaged the Promised Land! I was so depressed last night thinking about Healthcare Plans, the economy, the wars, lost jobs, savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc.... I called a Suicide Hotline. I had to press 1 for English. I was connected to a call center in Pakistan. I told them I was suicidal. They got excited and asked if I could drive a truck ..... Folks, we're screwed.

When I joined this site I thought I have to be out of my mind. I never thought or believed I would me meet anyone. But I was proven wrong.
I met a man on here who is the best thing that happened to me. He is honest, caring, and straight to the point. We have been together 4 1/2 yrs now, and it is great.
