Everyone is dealing with something, yet..1. everyone doesnt wanna put it out there...and feel exposed and vulnerable and 2. not everyone really wants to know , when they ask..." how are you doing ?"

We all manage in the best way that we know how to, it could be maladaptive.....but....its all we know. Some folks are open to change...~~
