I had a message from my daughter this am on my phone...I didn't get it last night as I was all ready in bed ( something she knew ) So she sent the text asking me to call her when I got it when I woke up today. Unknown to me, being off line the past week an old lover had been admitted to hospital with the virus. ( her daughter was keeping all her friends in the loop on things on her face place page ) I'm sad to say that yesterday she succumbed to the virus, and passed away. J.B. Had health issues these past few years, was in and out of hospital more times than I care to count. We last spoke around Thanksgiving, I commented on one of her face place postings about her being able to spend the day with her daughters and grand minions. What a good day for her it must have been being able to see them all after just recently getting out of hospital again. I can't imagine how her girls are feeling right now, all young women themselves now grown up, married with kids of their own the loss of their Mom who raised them by herself will be hard to bear. J.B. was fond of Angels, many a Christmas or on her birthday when we were together I'd often buy a figurine of one, for her display. She always loved the gifts. She'd place it with the others she collected, but never on the top shelf of the display. That place was reserved for the first Angle she ever received, given to her in memory of a daughter she was expecting that had been still born, Her real angel she used to say. Well she and her daughter are together at last now I'm sure. For that I can be happy, but the loss of a friend and once lover, my heart is still hurting. I will ask, if you haven't gotten the shots please reconsider. If not for yourself, for those who love you. Don't let something take you away from them and have them suffer perhaps losing you to a virus that can be prevented. Do it for them.......

I am so sorry for your loss so many people are getting the virus. Prayers to you and her family. The virus has hit close to home for me too, my oldest daughter and her whole family got the virus including my five month old great grand daughter. Luckily they all pulled through and are fine now. They are not vaccinated, but are now considering it. My hubby and I are fully vaccinated, and I encourage everyone to get vaccinated. I know many don't want to, but do it for your friends and family and other members of society so they can be protected.
