 As it is that I worked many years as a Security Guard or Security Officer and at times in a Management position ; it was typical that Guard Company would negotiate a rate of 10.50 an hour for Employees but charge Client two and a half times that
rate !! So for every hour I worked at 10.50 ; The Company was getting 26.25 an
hour !! Kind of like your Company charging the Tenant 8 times your pay rate !
They pay you 10.50 but they make 74.50 !!!
