 Oh I feel your pain... we had bought a little house to start out in... talk about fixer upper (the price was cheap cuz it was basically a shell...fire) so we did everything brand new. Everything.... omg.... we worked on it for a straight 6 months eager to move out of mother-in-laws house!! We were newlyweds for gosh sakes. Anyway... we grew up and out of that home and decided to rent it. Boy... what a HORRIBLE decision. We rented to a couple from our CHURCH so what could go wrong there?! Let me tell you... a WHOLE FING LOT. They DESTROYED that house! I felt like burning it back down!! So yeah... lesson learned. Will never have a renter again. Period. Wish our first experience was as good as your last!

Ps... anyone ever tell you... you take a lot of showers? 😂😂😂

Sorry to hear that. Most renters we get are pretty good for the most part. Then you get those who just don't care. As for the showers/ Yeah, I take one every day before work mostly just to make my hair stay flat, and get rid of the bed head look.
