A walker's perspective

Storm Dennis is creating mayhem outside but anyway, I'm laid up at the moment because I have a massive blister on left heel, otherwise I'd be out training March's "Walk All Over Cancer" when I've volunteered to walk an average of 20,000 steps (between and .5 miles) every day. Last year I counted every step I took whether it be walking in Epping Forest, walking down to the shops etc. This year I've made things difficult only including steps when I'm Nordic walking in Epping Forest. Given that there are already 6 days I can't be walking in March, I've made things even tougher artificially increasing this to 25,000 steps (approx. miles) walking day.

Anyway, what I'd really like is if there were people that would like to tag along some chat and some healthy exercise. Only one slight snag: even when I walk 20+ miles a day, I still walk at more than 4 miles hour.

Take care. I hope you find what you're looking for on Polyamory Date.
