Feeling confident and beautiful

Today in lesbian chat I saw several women putting themselves down. It makes me sad as a domestic<b> violence </font></b>survivor I know how hard it is to get your confidence, self- esteem and to see yourself as beautiful. We need to build each other, say a kind word to everyone each day you never know when it changes someone's day completelty!! You are all beautiful!!  i sooooo agree...Blue. In this world where we can be anything....choose to be Kind! Kindness is so cheap......and makes the sender and the receiver feel good. Sending Good Vibes Only is the only way....in my book. Especially in this day/time when mans inhumanity to man has become the norm .....so sad ( sigh )~~
