Becoming a great lover

Many of us think we are good in bed, most likely are, so how did we get that way?, past our stumbling first efforts?
As a start to this, I encourage all readers to watch a BBC 6 episode series by anthropologist Desmond Morris called The Human Sexes. Yes, it is some what dated, but the information contained there in is fascinating, and will make you better in bed when understand what makes us human, a sexual animal.
An example is how pheremones play an important role. Such as did you know when a woman is sexually arroused, her pheremones released ALSO make other near by women sexually aroused as well? Did you know her pheremones also make her even more arroused if ingested or inhaled?
Learning some simple things such as contained in the above series opens doors to seduction, and foreplay options and opprotunities, gives us understanding of cultural barriers and simularities. All of this can enhance our love making skills. It is up to each of us to do so in a positve way.
Comments, suggestions on this topic are more than welcome.

Ham,
No, and look at the perfume industry that capitalises on such pheromones. All mammals do such, and unlike some, a human doesn't technically " come into heat". We do how ever secrete similar pheromones, from evolution, now refined to stimulation around pleasure and a more frequent menstrual cycle of a human. One of the evolutionary changes is human sense of smell has lessened compared to many mammals. Primates, including humans, and dolphins/porpoises are only species known to have sex for fun, not just for continuing the species alone. Many have said such as canine don't achieve female orgasm, those claims are now being disputed. I aint into bestiality or such, but an understanding of other species, their practices, etc., does give us humans better understanding of our selves. Scents, tastes, textures, sense of touch are all so vital. Being able to "read" the response is critical to all of that.

I watched Desmond Morris growing up. Now, the best thing is experience. I learned how to eat pussy from watching Ed Powers videos. Not from a bunch of psychobabble. You wanna learn how to fuck? Watch adult videos.

There is lots of scientific evidence about pheromones, how the play a role in sex. That's all good. We can train our bodies as well. In our foreplay, we are exposed to pheromones, etc., which help in arousal. Many ask why are men fixated on women's breasts. It is simple science again, and men instinctively know this. It also explains our evolution and why women retain breasts while not lactating, but other primates breasts shrink/deflate basically lol.
If a woman's nipple is stimulated properly, the sensations make her milk glands want to release milk even if not lactating. To do so, chemicals are released in her brain. These are the same chemicals released there during sexual arousal.
Other areas such as the abdomen, thighs and hips, underarms, so many areas are all so sensitive to the right stimulation. The areas do not vary widely between the sexes, but men, as the usually more muscular body, often prefer muscular stimulation in those areas rather than just surface.
If a person starts to learn these areas, they can greatly enhance foreplay. Stimulation is great, but from it, we tend to reach orgasm faster. The idea is to stimulate several areas, but not so much so fast it produces orgasm, but in that elevated state close to orgasm for a long time.
Women sometimes have trouble reaching orgasm at the same time, or before their male partner, and there is a simple exercise that helps, the same one does after pregnancy- Kaggle's- where she stops her pee, resumes, stops again. This strengthens her vaginal muscles, and actually helps with pleasurable sensations during penetration from that muscle development. Ask any physician and will see this is true.
For men, it helps to learn self control for orgasms. This can be done by masturbation close to point of orgasm, then stop. At first, let it go fully soft again, then do it again, repeat- you get the idea. After a few days stop, keep it hard, and repeat as many time as can. Having a fully erect penis often also helps its size/ get larger.
Well, enough for now- will ad some later.
