It's just a Hobby!

It's just a Hobby! I was actually ready to get back to work today. Don't ask me why. And it didn't last long. The day was just chaotic to say the least. Left me just brain dead by the time I got home. So I'm thinking today would just be a good day to ask a question. Let the mind rest for a bit, or try to figure out what the hell made me all excited to get back to work.  SeaGirl posting pics of her pottery got me thinking today while I was driving around for work. Wondering things about having hobbies that can attract the opposite sex, (ok, I guess that needs to be same sex too). Hobbies that could lead to sex. The pottery made my mind jump immediately to the scene in Ghost. The pottery hobby certainly lead somewhere there. I play guitar and sing. I write songs and sing them to people. I've been known to write songs about a lady or three. Certainly my hobby has led to some "attraction" of ladies. And yeah, some of those led to sex. So I would say, the guitar hobby would qualify.  Body boarding at the beach has led to a few meets. Seeing some good looking lady trying to board, and offering some help. Or ladies asking me where I got my board. I'm not sure that qualifies though, because maybe that one is just a "ice breaker" for them. Hmmm,<b> yoga </font></b>I guess could. Any kind of hobby that involved getting around groups of people. But like I said, I'm feeling brain dead this afternoon, so I can't think of specifics. Do you have any hobbies that have led to meeting people and/or relationships? Any that just led to sex? As like you music for me has led to intimate evenings for sure as I have this kind of sexy sultry type voice that men are just attracted to for some reason. And cooking with someone can also be sexy depending on what your making. So this was a great question really got me thinking. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.. I've had a couple of "hobbies" that had me around quite a few other people and lead to some dates...and possibly sex. Motorcycles. lol I rode for about 20 years back when you didn't see that many women with their own bikes. The Kawasaki 750 Turbo I rode got the attention of a lot of men! lol I also played with hot rods for a few years. Going shooting at the gun range is also a good way to meet a few people. I've also been known to do some leatherwork. Pagan  Hmmmm....I know I left that wand around here somewhere!

Well you know volunteering is all about giving. So If you meet another volunteer you can both give ...and recieve. I already belong to a charity group. And it's damn near all women. I can't think of anything specifically that would lead to sex...but, I think there are lots of ways to meet people through shared interests...and pretty much any activity could probably work. Though, I suspect the entire purpose of this question is to improve the odds, huh? Picking activities where one is more likely to find someone of the opposite sex. I don't have hobbies, but I have a few passions. As a drummer I came close to meeting a girl ... once... And then there was this time, that I took a photo shoot of a woman who wanted her portfolio spiffed up... She wound up naked... Don't ask me how... Oh ... I'm great at bullshitting. . . . THAT is a hobby . . and that get's me NOWHere ... I don't have much to say. I had my muffler fixed today. My car sounded like a fricken tank all weekend. ! Ever driven around in a tank ? Children and adults (alike) ran in terror... Yeah It's been one of those days .But it's all good. So, on the hobby thing - auto racing. Even on the amateur level there have always been plenty of "tits in the pits." A well dressed man (in this case a fire suit) can do well with the ladies. I've had several relationships start with the smell of race fuel in the air. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

It was just something I got thinking about...thanks to you and your pottery. LOL Sometimes getting lost in thoughts that really don't have an answer is the only way I get through a crazy day.
