Spring is in the air?

Spring? I told someone I met over the weekend who was new the Minnesota that Springs lasts about 2 days - we go from winter to summer. POOF. That was before I heard the forecast. Which is downright depressing. So I ask, what do people do to avoid the weather downers? Staying active as helped me, getting out and trying to<b> meet people </font></b>but there are times that the Minnesota winter can bring a person down. Not the winter alone - I love the snow and change in seasons but the length and the deep deep hard cold. Just curious.
