Paul, I had figured out that it must be some training issue as the hardware and software issues are easily solved with all the money they get from all the clientele. The increased pricing and reduced services have left them with all the money necessary to have a fine system so, the only other reason ; as you have reported is the lack of proper training of the new IT personnel. At least they had an answer to you, all I can get is , clear your cache and reboot.. Good one for these bad days in out time!!!
