Silent type? No, not really.  I'm looking for a happy medium, a conversational give and take where I feel like the other person is actually listening to what I'm saying.The non-stop talker dude...he would try to give the impression of give and take conversation by asking me a question. I don't drive but certainly have been the passenger during some bad snowstorms. The scariest was probably when the car ahead was swerving all over the road, bouncing off both guardrails and ended up turned around facing in the opposite direction. Unpredictable weather and conditions was one of the reasons, my parents decided to close the cottage during the winter. Unsolicited 'dick pics' is one of the reasons 'connections' often don't happen here or in the 'real world'. They can be nice to have as a 'reminder'. Fortunately, I have rarely had a 'bad' date and one I walked out on. While enjoying a pre-dinner drink, he noticed a small scar, just below my collarbone and said, "What happened, did you get knifed in a fight?" I was furious, stood up and said, "No axxhole. It's from the line that saved my life". Happy Valentine's Day

I read this after you commented on my blog....sorry for the delay. This was pretty funny to read. How mortifying for Steve but hey he deserved it.... Being on Polyamory Date we see everything sooner or later eh? I am not one to send out more revealing photos until after I am interested in somebody. I mean some guys are proud of their equipment and want to show it off(as women do the same of course). But if someone either the woman or man is a bit more conservative, sending out a pic like that is risky eh? Independently Romantic Sounds Better Than Lonely
