 No worries. Paul is used to being thrown under the bus. His mother would try to do that to him all the time. But he was a wily kid.

 Today was splurge day, a quick trip to Sbux, a caramel cloud machhiato, and a breakfast sandwich.

 I think I need counseling after reading your blog Paul and FrankeeZ. I answered the breakfast question in another post but I will add that I absolutely love eggs benedict with spinach and ham. I had eggs benedict with crab once and that was delicious too. Of course I used to love omelettes. My ex fiance used to make great omelettes. He could flip them perfectly. I could not. It might be because he was a short order cook at a restaurant and had the technique down. Yeah that was it. I was just happy to be the one who got to eat them. I did the dishes afterward. This fiance was back in the 1990s. No fiance or husband for me since 2002. As to kissing and telling...I can't help being like Taylor Swift at times...lamenting my past lovers. I do write poems that rave about extraordinary lovers too but I am too shy to get into the minute details. Ha!

No counseling required... It's all good fun.
You do eat healthy and great breakfasts! Yes... to creative eggs... Wow.. the key to flipping them is to make sure the pan is hot, greased and... you have to wait till the underside is done. Sounds devine.
