discrimination???

Sunday, my friend and I were in Cleveland. We were hungry and the hotel breakfast had already closed. So we went out to eat and stopped at a Denny's on 150th street. Well we had on our skirts and blouses, she even had a shirt over her shirt since it was a little chilly.

Well we walked, everything was covered, not like we had our tits hanging out or something. And we got dirty looks from these women who were cashing out. Well we don't care, they give us dirty looks all the time. The men leaving chatted with us and smiled. Still no one saw anything they shouldn't be seeing.

Then we get pretty much ignored by the hostess, finally get seated and she takes us to the back room that is actually walled off and seats us there. NO ONE else is in the room, just us. My friend asks right out.."Is someone gonna wait on us" Yes, she will be with shortly the hostess says and quickly turns and walks away as if we were lepers.

Now picture this, there are many seats open elsewhere in the restaurant, were they continued to seat the other patrons. We were literally stuck in this room and NO ONE else was gonna be seated in there with us. This was very clear to see. Eventually the rest of the place got filled up. Still NO ONE in the room with us.

As we leave the hostess walks by and just keeps walking not saying a damm thing. Walked all around the register area and back and forth looking for "missing menus". All the time ignoring us. Finally a young man takes our checks and cashes us out. I should have taken pics of the place and gotten the bitches name, she was rude and nasty. Clean yourself up, take a shower and get an attitude adjustment bitch. She looked dirty.

Now I know why Denny's is going out of business, at least it seems that way around here. I've never been treated like that before, I should have just walked out and not even paid the check. But it wasn't the waitresses fault.

Ugh...

 U have a right to agree to sit where u want if u don't feel comfortable with the chosen place or walk out . I would have left .

You're right, we could have walked out. And we probably should have, but we didn't so I guess we were either just too hungry...LOL or something.

 Half the world is below average and I guess Denny's wants to hire them. Too bad. Sucks.
