New Email system upgrade...why?? Just why?
Ok, so today I signed on and have noticed that the email page here on the site has added a new feature. Now it seems that ALL emails have a number in a block next to them, even the previously read emails. Perhaps this is just my preference here, but I'll call this one a downgrade. It just adds to the<b> visual </font></b>confusion. If I have read an email previously, then I see no need to add a blue blocked number of "0" next to it. Visually, it's sloppy, confusing and makes all emails appear to have been unread. If you're going to do that, then at least color code the blocks....e.g.: green for unread emails and red for previously read emails to make it easier on the members here instead of having to look down the entire list of emails one by one to see if they've been read.

Ugh! Why...just why? And of all things to focus on through this site, the most important thing is adding blocks to emails? Seriously? This site is plagued with HORRIBLE systemic issues that are beyond belief here. IM being the most notable issue from every member I speak to here. It lags, it crashes, it sends out weird block symbols and it makes errors very often ( e.g.: Shows a message being 'delivered' or 'read' when it hasn't by the other party; shows a message ( or some strange block symbol ) on one member's side of the IM while the other person doesn't see it on their side; etc... ). The unstable operating platform here on this site is atrocious, yet we're going to put our efforts and focus on such petty nonsense that had no issues to begin with into a downgrade which makes things visually worse than previously. This site is a nightmare!!!!!!

Thank you all for allowing me to vent over this. Here's a pic of what my email list now looks like....you know, in case they decide to revert back to the old method by tomorrow.

Lol yeah, I agree! I remember the saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I think that applies here to this example of their supposed 'upgrade'.

Oh and the 67 year old fat guy complaining about fat people

Lol I would only have to assume that the major differences between your profile picture and my profile picture likely play a very big role in the difference in volume of emails between what you and I receive from others. Just my guess and from judging on the content of what most of my received emails contain.

Rolling my eyes at the guy who writes to the blog of a "fat person" and is obviously against/not attracted to them and feels the need to verbally communicate that here irrelevantly.

 i wouldn't know, us now free members can't even read an email if you even send first! great site

Aww I'm sorry about that inability to read emails now. The site has most certainly cracked down on things a whole lot for the standard members. It's all in the effort to get people to pay. Don't forget, this site is a business to Polyamory Date, nothing more.
