 Happens on both sides of the fence too - but, not always. I have met some really awesome people here, so, they are not all playing games and standing people up. Well, not standing people up...but the games can be fun!

 Well like most things I try to look outside of the box. Remember it's more then just you, although for what I see who wouldn't show. That aside, who is she, he or them? First timers? Or pretty new at it?

I'm the first to say I don't meet a lot but when I do I show up. But even after years I'm still a nervious wreck at first, I hope they're already waiting as sitting there alone I so tuff. Which is hard as I'm always early to everything, being brought up that way.

So I know it's a bummer but I think it has more to do with them then yourself. And some understanding by you braver souls will go a long way with those less so. Not a knock on anyone but I've found the best times were with those a bit nervious because if you do get there it's still new and exciting for them and I think that translates well to a fun time. Better luck next time beautiful.

 Been there, done that, now own a closet of t-shirts. Lol. My suspicion is no shows have been misrepresenting themselves and now that the truth will be self evident, they hide. Does you no good but I agree with doe_ra_me. It is not your problem.

I have met ladies who were extremely nervous about actually meeting someone, but they usually do show. If you can get them to relax and be themselves, usually it is a pleasant experience.
