 I look for a little of both....i read the reviews....and then look at the maker/brand and finally the price. I have gotten rid of several that hurt. Soooooo, if i am going to spend megabucks....i better make darn good sure that its a keeper.

Barring the heartbeat.....thats how i choose~~

 jaj069, sex toy is not suppose to hurt. I would say that would be dangerous to say the least.
