Another episode of the Monday Shit Show! Starring..... Me!! Secret_Lade Ten minutes into my day, today, Boss #1 yelled at me and slammed my office door shut as he stormed out. It was fantastic! I felt like a million fucking dollars afterward! I really had to refrain myself from cart wheeling all the way to the bathroom afterward.... Fucking douche bag.... Yah, I ended up crying in the bathroom for God knows how long. This is Boss #1's last week with the company and he's just being a complete, emotionally charged asshole. I skipped the morning meeting and avoided him for the small amount of time he was actually there today. If it weren't for the two orientations I have scheduled this week, I would have taken the rest of the week off. I am taking Thursday and Friday though.... I talked with Boss #2 and told her I just need some time off, I need a mental health break from it all. I told her about the emotional outburst from her counterpart and she just shook her head, it was completely unacceptable behavior and over something that had nothing at all to do with me. For a man who is about to retire.... He's not taking it very well. God help me.... I have just one more working day with him. Wish me luck. |

this is true if it happen to me ild lose half my retirement and she already makes more money then me. plus the fact i don't have kids if we did ild still be paying for them.

Change can be good and bad you Know what you have you don't know what your getting. Don't know your job details. I know mine 32 year I started out of high school vo- tech body work welding, painting. Yet I had many formans only two I liked they wanted good work and a job on time alike all bosses do. But they would stick up for me if the supervisor wanted it faster and faster to make him look better come review time. Then the supervisor changed my bosses retired new bosses can in afriad for their jobs would push us. Well I would not go faster. Told them im not going to get hurt over them. We are human not machine. Then asked for they themselves ever do this work .the would not answer me walk away. Ild say if you want the job faster put more men on one bus and watch a war begin. For the older guys will work the new ones will sit in a bus and play games on their phones and your no where around. It will cost you my time and money and the bus goes out the same time. Forget over time that was a joke poker games and nap time for most. I'm so happy to be retired 8 years now. My supervisor said your to young to retire I said I'm to old to be here life goes on and I want to enjoy it. And I am every day.

I had a supervisor retiring last year and she acted like her goal was to set everything on fire on her way out. I can't believe people don't think about the memory they're leaving employees with when they do that.

There is no escaping from the insolvent self depriving micromanaging assholes in the world. Unfortunately everyone deals with at least one in their lifetime. I used to bug THE shit outta mine! I could hear my Granny’s voice calming me every time that jerk walked in the room just saying... honey, youz got to kill him with kindness. I gotta tell you that works... every time. People like that can’t help it but to have their skin crawling when they see you smiling and happy to be alive. It was very difficult to do at first, but then, I just let it go. Smile and nod Granny says, smile and nod. Then tell them to have a really nice day and walk away. I love my Granny God bless her soul. I miss her every day. But that’s how you deal with bullies. 😌😊 Good luck.... send him off with a big smile and forget about him when he’s gone.

sorry to here. I hated my stupidviser for years he was a worker that kissed ass his way up to top douch bag. we argued about work he did not know anything about. I was a body repair man of NJ transit buses. the day he retired I did not even go to the middle of the floor group good bye. in fact I kept on working making noise the hole time. he fucked me in so many ways I could give a fuck he was leaving. once he was gone life was so much better my war was over. so breath, count to ten, just say to yourself, he will be gone, he will be gone tomorrow will be a better day xoxoxoxoxxoxxo

Well... with all due respect (notwithstanding his release from servitude Friday) ; Boss #1's life is nearing its closure. He's realized it, he's frustrated that he hasn't lived up to the goals he's set for himself. And... he's realized that he will be replaced - and NOT missed at all. Pretty sad for him. All things (and people) pass. By this time next week? He will have. I would pity him. If I worked there? I'd look at him sadly.... as I'd walk by - just to fuck with his head. So... ya gonna buy him a 'happy retirement' gift? Or put a buck in the pot for the card everyone is signing? 🤔 Cheers 🍷 🍷 😎
