It's a Demon!

Oh, wait, it's just a bunch of hangers falling off the end of my bed....

I've been watching WAY TO MUCH scary shit on the boob tube. Every time I hear a noise I'm certain there is a hideous, supernatural being that is the cause of it all.

This is not good for me, or my sleep issues!

It doesn't help that I'm afraid of the dark, I have been for as long as I can remember. When I was a I was afraid to be outside after dark, which made camping a complete nightmare. (We camped often in the summer, I still hate it to this day.)

Thankfully I've outgrown a lot of that, otherwise it would make working nights a real bitch.

There is something to say about the power of suggestion, though. While I don't really believe in a lot of that stuff, if you see it enough in an entertainment venue, you begin to question the possibility of it's existence.

I think I'm going to have to limit myself to watching this stuff only when I have adult companionship.

 Here's a suggestion . . . invite me over as "adult companionship" and instead of there being "a hideous, supernatural being" in your bedroom it would be me protecting you

 Oh the things that go bump in the night.

This is why I have gremlins instead of demons. .. They aren't quite as scary and they are usually just being clumsy and knocking something over.
