Heading out into Nature

Howdy ,

I'm heading out do some camping for the second of my four 4-day weekends, after a beach day yesterday. I enjoy my technology as much as the next person, but it's nice just get away from it for awhile. And I've got a vivid imagination, so I can always picture you if need be when I can't see you.

I'm looking forward some long walks, reading a couple books, writing again hopefully, and just being outdoors in general. It's hard remember not just stay cooped during that is going right now, and just get outside and soak in the sun. It's very beneficial both sleep and just overall mental health.

My routine the past few months is going a little off the rails, so I need plan get that back track and start get a proper amount of sleep every night. Tee Ashawagandha has helped settle my stomach again, and the breathing exercises have been great for my occasional bout of anxiety. It's great to connect with people going through similar issues, and sharing what's worked and what hasn't for them. I'm always looking to learn new things.

Have a great end/start to your week everyone! Take care of yourselves, and be kind to one another. We're in this together!

Laterz...

Perfect screenname, I just finished reading a very long book about Alan Turing!! I imagine the Florida equivalent of camping is renting a houseboat with AC for the weekend?

Thanks. Someone I used to talk with and I had a long conversation one time about Turing, fascinating man, you just reminded me of that conversation. May I ask the title of the book?

Eh, I shifted to staycations in hotels, too expensive to rent a boat.

This week's HNW: Pink/Hearts (Or Chocolate) is available on the other side.

I love camping, not camping in the summer in Florida because it's too hot. But, when I lived in Michigan, I used to go camping a lot.

Enjoy!
