Heinlein If I were a cat joyfully care free, Deligting myself in just being me. If I were a cat I could just lay around, Licking my paws while high above ground. If I were a cat a ball and some string, Creates joy and entertainment. Yeah what a fling. If I were a cat that would surely be nice, No worries, no problems never needing advice. If I were a cat how simple life then… Sharing some milk and fish with a friend. If I were a cat I’d do as I please, Teasing the and smirk at his pleas. If I were a cat it would be late at night, Disrupting your sleep as I pounce with delight. If I were a cat I would sing you a song, Meow, meow meow all the day long. If I were a cat ever learning I’d be, My natual curiosity demanding I see. If I were a cat adventures abound! Exploring what mysteries you’ve left to be found. If I were a cat OK I confess, my explorations may leave quite a mess. If I were a cat cute and adorable you’d sigh, while me holding and hugging in bed as we lie. If I were a cat silly, goofy and funny, Its all for your laughter delightfully<b> sunny. </font></b>If I were a cat intelligent and smart, You’d know we’d be best friends right from the start. If I were a cat agile and swift, If you had a problem running quickly I’d lift. If I were a cat stretching and arching my back, Flexibility for you I never shall lack. If I were a cat why then could we play, Laughing and rolling around all day? If I were a cat it would be just us two, Me purring, licking and rubbing against you. If I were a cat wouldn’t that be great! Your affectionate companion, friend and date. If I were a cat yes just a crazy dream, And in the next verse you’ll see what I mean. If I were a cat, wait!
