Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS)

I keep thinking about having FFS done, but I'm in my 50's, it's rather expensive, and most of the changes would be minor except my nose might finally be more feminine. I also would need someone to look after me for a couple days following surgery, but I don't know anyone well enough who knows about my TG side to trust. Maybe the surgeon's office has some ideas.

 I think the only question you need to ask is this: Will it make you feel better about yourself? If the answer is yes, do it. If you're not sure, then don't!!
Money is Money, we make it to enhance our lives, so if you can afford it, don't worry about the Money end!! Just a little advice!!
