Hi, Thank you. Do you mean details on my work out or diet??? I work 3 to 4 or 5 times a week. all depending on time. usually for an hour each time. I also walk trails every other day or so. Diet, I have none. I still eat everything but with moderation. I do not take any of those powders shakes or stuff. I just work out. Btw, Congratulations to you, sounds like you are going the right way. keep it up. staying healthy is very important. especially as we get older.

Hi, is never too late for that, go for it...I have to tell you. I feel amazing now, I been going 4 to 5 times per week, now my body miss that if I don't go. working out is not as hard anymore. I actually love it. I have accomplish a great progress for the time I been going. I have notice the change Send me some pics of that body at the gym if you go
