I read a funny post today... a blogger's "don't wants" on her profile... it said if you were born after the moon walk you're too young for her... I quickly commented that I had to agree, because even for me, women that were born after Michael Jackson's first moonwalk dance made them much too young for me as well... 'cause that what it made me think of... some of you know me as "music man" because I tend to post or respond with music lyrics, and so, immediately I thought of MJ... then, I thought, well when did he first do the moonwalk... did some research and it looks like "Billie Jean"... so I watched some videos... hmm... then, I thought, what is your fave MJ song... again, I researched on the internet (already knowing what my fave MJ song is)... you all know I have to normally have a list of<b> songs </font></b>to choose from... but, because I tend to follow musicians from start to finish, I already had a list, but, maybe, needed some validation... I can remember hearing "I want you back" by the Jackson 5 way back when... I wasn't impressed... it was a belting out a love song without passion and the scars that love can bring... years later I heard that same song sung by "The Civil Wars" and... it is the perfect version for me... and, now the lyrics mean something to me... but, alas, the blogger's "don't want age specification" had nothing to do with MJ, it had to do with the first NASA moon walk... go figure... hmm... ... ........................................................... I like how your mind wandered down that path.... thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my blog post... some people think I'm crazy how I arrive at conclusions... reminds me of a movie I saw Melanie Griffith & Sigourney Weaver movie "Working Girl" where she links so many things together to arrive at a logical answer... but, I do that a lot... thanks again... have a great Sunday!!!
