A Poem For Those Who Dare BLISS I wish you were here with me right now as I sit drinking Starbucks coffee. If you (so very handsome) were here at the table sitting across from me, I'd be smiling into your eyes instead of smiling into the memory of them. I'm feeling joyful and happy, and everybody looking at me is smiling, And I realize it's because they saw me smiling first. I focus on them, and I Really experience their festivity, conversation, singing (yes...someone's singing!). It all vibrates in me! It resonates with the blessed bliss within me, and I feel free. I feel free because yesterday I let myself feel only you and me, and all our delight. That delight infuses me with well being and pushes me toward self expression. Maybe I'll write about you, for you, all day long; yes, but<b> poems </font></b>about me, too: Love poems, but the sort that really are a celebration of all kinds of love, especially The kind that just brims with kindness and delight, but also burns with passion. I sit here and smile into the memory of your eyes, raising my coffee mug, And say, "Here's to you, me, and all those capable of such bliss. Celebrate!" Ginger
