Why???? Why do people think just because they have viewed your profile they should send you a friend request. If I have not met you or at least chatted with you I will not accept a friend request from you. Also why do people on the other side of the world message and want to chat, we will never meet in person so why waste the time chatting. |

I wonder the same things. I also wonder what draws people from Europe or the UK to even look at profiles of people in Saskatchewan. Don't they have to specifically search here? We don't collect friends on this site so if someone sends us a request, we just say "Let's just message when we want to be in contact." Hopefully no one feels rejected.

Good morning. A lot of it got to do with the website. If a person is only a standard member, they can not read or send messages. However, if they are friends with a gold member, they can read and reply to messages from their gold member friends. Hope this helps. I wish you all the luck in your adventure. Right now, I have 5 friends requests and I have never had any interaction with either one of them. Im not opposed to being friends with someone that lives hundreds miles away but to be friends you have to take the time to build that friendship. SMDH
