Get to Know Your Body Listen to your body. If you are not feeling well, take a small break. If your knee hurts, don’t go for a 10 mile run. Use common sense and listen to your body’s warning signs. Typically you can<b> workout </font></b>if you feel a bit stuffy, but if you feel dizzy or have a fever it is best to stay in bed. No need to spread those icky germs. |
