What seems like many years ago, after my divorce, a female coworker decided that I would be a good match for a friend of hers. Doesn't it stink when you finally reach the age where you have enough money and have enough time that your body starts falling apart? Like you I do a lot of exercising and try to take good care of myself. However, after years of doing all the vigorous exercising my knees are not starting to ache and I seem to pull muscles I did not even know I had. Congrats on finding a machine that has multiple uses to make you feel good.
