Agony of Loneliness
Love loss and redemption
these in your<b> poems </font></b>seem beyond contention
always kisses and embrace bonding bright
never the agony of loneliness's bite......

What words would you wish to hear
when you know such thoughts are near
to wallow in own self pity of loss
existing in a monochrome world without gloss
the dark outside more real within
a pale sheen of loneliness upon your skin
tears resting salty on your brain
no part of you feels the same
something deep inside has snapped
an image of you has collapsed
what was is no more
aching to your very core
lights are too bright
outside so dim at night
no balance back to smiles today
you are here and serenity is miles away
the kisses you had have fallen
autumn leaves rotting on forest floor
everything is not as it should be
because love severed can never be
the future a different place unseen
for existence now a dark world cold and obscene.
