So ........

I was getting a hair cut yesterday .... ok, I was getting all of them cut ....... on my head!!! .... come one people, you have to draw the line somewhere in public ........ where was I?? .... oh ya, my haircut. So I was sitting in the chair and she was cutting my hair and she bumped into my left arm a couple of times, it happens from time to time. Then she stops against my arm and leans against it ..... ok, that doesn't always happen (for those of you wondering, she is leaning her pelvic region against my arm, and not the side of her pelvis, the front). Then she takes me over to wash my hair. Now I'm in a more reclined position. As she is washing my hair she starts to push her groin against my shoulder and maintains the pressure, moving slightly side to side. Made for an interesting shampoo. We move back to the chair and she quickly finishes the cut and the dry with no further nudging/rubbing.
This is where I want your opinion, was she:
A - flirting
B - trying to improve her tip, or
C - scratching an itch
