 Do you take Lysine? It is an amino acid that is helpful in lessening the breakout of fever blisters, so should also work on herpes 2. My mom has used it for years.  By the way reason I post this it to educate ppl that no clue what it is and I not a shame to tell I have it .it nothung ti be ashamed of .do it a very common virus in this lifestyle.
