Hello sexy peeps!

I’m trying to get here regularly again, but life is busy, with the work thing… more like creating mayhem for my former employer and colleagues. If you are in Sales, you know the drill… once the non-compete is over, use every bit of knowledge you have to usurp every former you can think off. I have also been busy dating… you know vanilla style, in the POND if you know where I mean. Yes, yours truly went off looking for a relationship, which is what I was kind of hoping to find when I joined this fine site. But with all the sexy ladies on this site who are ready willing and able, I would entertain having such a relationship with living in Brandon, Florida, Alberta, Ohio, North Carolina, Georgia, California, Texas, Missouri and too dam far away from me in Ontario, what’s a man to do, but to go find likeminded individuals in another venue. And surprise, surprise, (not really), they are out there… but more on that in another blog post. Today, I want to talk about some of the fabulous, sneaky, conniving tricks I have heard about or experience in the other dating world.

There are the standard tricks, played everywhere…, post that 10 year old picture, inflate your height, claim you are single, divorced, separated when you are not, and of course there is the age game. You know the age game, where you shave a few years off, so that you don’t pass that magic, 40, 50, 60s, threshold. Well some clever young men have come up with a new slant. The slant, put your age up by 10 to 15 years… you guessed it… be very quiet we are hunting for cougars. Yes, my friends… get a date with that sexy older lady, hope she is horny and your game is tight.

Ladies got their own game going. In this scam you write that you are looking for a traditional old fashion gentleman… a man who treats a lady like a princess or a queen, and of course you will treat him like a king. You talk of your of love cooking a great meal for your man, but also state that you enjoy dinning out and fine wines. You are shy at first, but once you get to know someone, watch out. There is a question in the profile setup that asks about a first date, specifically you are asked to describe what your ideal first date would be like. Dinner at a romantic fine dining or casual restaurant is always a good choice, because the first meet should be in public. Then you just line up lots of first dates, and eat in the best joints in town.

The last one I would like to share… a new spin on a multiple profile gig that many have worked here. On a vanilla site, if you are looking for a relationship, the protocol seems to be, when you begin to enter into a relationship, you take your pictures down, or if you are really gung-ho, you delete your profile… you don’t hang around to blog like here on Polyamory Date. What you do is tell your new found love interest that they are the one, and you are so sure that they are the one, that you are deleting your profile, and actually delete it. This kind of puts a little subtle pressure on your “love interest” to do the same. You monitor if they have deleted their profile from your alternate profile (it has no pictures, and next to know profile details). Once they have deleted their profile, you fire up your alternate profile with a write up and picture, then you just “Play on, Player”.

This online dating is tricky business.
