Minimum of two eggs and toast. Coffee of course. Need it or something similar every day

I was brought up to eat breakfast, normally bacon and egg. Now my breakfasts are often coffee followed by coffee!

This is a great meal you know my first husbands family every Sunday we would go to the NCO Club for SOS (Shit on a Shingle ) no offense as my ex father in law used to say. It was a great breakfast, great times and fun memories. I hope your Friday is a great start to your weekend.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

Was discussing the wonders of "Mess Hall SOS" with a retired Army warrant officer yesterday!!! When I was a squadron commander, many years ago, one of my duties was to have a meal in the mess hall once a week. I always managed for that to be a breakfast and I always had the same thing, "SOS" and never had any trouble finding NCO's to go with me.
