I have been invited to cook at the Senior center this Friday. They are having a pancake brunch for the Seniors. There are a couple pluses here. I am going to be a youngster in the , I enjoy cooking and especially enjoy pancakes . I have been there before to volunteer for a soup day. They are a wild bunch, loving music , dancing, and decaf coffee? I do admire their attitudes, to many of them, age is truly only a . A couple questions.......... Do you like pancake? With butter, syrup or whip cream, or all together . Have you visited a Senior Center, and hung out with the Dudes and Dudettes? Cooking for them is fun, they all have contradictor advice

 I do like pancakes with just some maple syrup. No butter. Definitely no whipped cream. I wish I could find a place that serves buckwheat pancakes.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
