*** Aging with grace?  . "Theoretically" how would you deal with becoming more mature ? Is it something you even think about? And for you young "whipper snappers" your time will come . I like to think that this quote, attributed to George Carlin expresses my philosophy .........." I'm okay with getting older. My hair's going greyer is what I notice most ... so far yet! Great quote from George Carlin. [image]

There are times that I look in the mirror and think I look pretty good for almost 60 and there are times I think I look every minute of my age. The hard part, for me, is looking at a partner and thinking "Damn! Do I look that old too?" What I can't figure out is why that thought always hits during sex? Maybe I'll just close my eyes more often. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

I am getting older and things I use to be able to do I can't anymore. I just realize this when I hurt my knee and hip! Running is now out of the question.. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... Hate it when this happens.. hugsssssssssss V Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

I'm keeping myself fairly well preserved and can pass for mid-late 30s on a good day except for two things, the increasing number of white hairs and the skin on my neck has become very loose and wrinkly... I have a shortage of lines on my face which is interesting because I used to have more. It seems that those anti-aging serums and creams are erasing a few. Coupled with the fact that I tweeze-out 90% of my wiry-white hairs (that turn grey or amber from hair dyes but never the same color as the hairs that can still hold pigment). The older I get on the outside, the younger my attitude becomes on the inside. Many of the "happening" young guys that I have had as guests to my home in the last 3 years have told me that my attitudes are that of someone half my age... I love that!  . I think the "attitude" is the most important part
