*** Sore and Lazy Saturday  . In my case, was just an aggravation of an old injury, so it shall pass. A lay in will make it all better, may need some help to relax though . Any ideas?       |

"slipped on the beach and twisted my lower back and hip. So I have been a bit sore" ooohhhh that sounds Deep to me. Are you sure it shall pass? Yes I know it is from an old injury but shouldn't you have yourself checked just in case? My last vacation injury was on a camping trip. Days and days of uneventful hiking and rock scrambling and I tripped on a stone in a parking lot and wiped out. Ouch! Rest up - you'll be feeling frisky soon, I'm sure. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

. Usually after a short walk, I can get an idea about the firmness of the sand and jog, this beach turned out quite variable in its firmness and I got caught by a soft patch.. Aaah poor baby a whole drop of blood???? I don't count hangovers, they are self inflicted

Pal..I am so sorry to hear that..welcome home and try using a heating pad it does work wonders when I have back pain..have a great weekend.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
