Strange Unexplained Feelings

I get these strange, unexplained feeling sometimes at work.
This was different from most other weeks, got extra baker help for my days off, so didn't really need to double up on freezer items made, or extra breads on the shelf. But, I did, stuffed the freezer full, shelves full.
Yet, without any notice or orders on my order board, I ordered extra supplies, not the usual way. Extra donut mix, fryer shortening, glaze and boxes. Don't know why, just did without any thought.
Out of the blue, on my "Friday", came in to find two big, massive donut orders! Way unusual, not a big holiday, really, Passover for Jewish community. Not noted for such large donut orders. Extra Challah breads (braided egg bread), extra knotted egg breads, yes.
Luckily, to help the fill in baker, had stuffed the freezer with donuts and bake off items to stay ahead!
Just can't explain the "whys" of ordering extra or making extra, just get those "feelings"!

 Someone suggested I have ESP. Not sure about that! Otherwise, if my Crystal Ball worked, wouldn't be just a baker! LOL! Would be rich n famous, knowing what or how things will be!
