So cold, so hot

So cold, so hot It was a good day in the home office. The day began with about three inches of snow on top of the thick layer of ice we got last week. I got a lot work accomplished, had a good school conference for one of the , and then had all the here for dinner. They are back at their mom's, and my house is actually in pretty decent shape. Ahhhhh. I've met two men of interest in the past couple of weeks. One guy is about my age, a bisexual wiccan with two about my ' ages, and he's going through a divorce. Seems like a good guy. We're meeting for a beer tomorrow. He called today to tell me that he's started dating someone and wanted me to know that things need to stay platonic. Hey, a guy with integrity! The other man is from Malaysia. He moved here six months ago to work on a master's degree. Young, handsome, and interesting. He and I have met for dinner twice, and we've established mutual attraction. Now we're just having trouble scheduling date #3 which we've agreed should be at my house; I have the beginning Thursday night through the weekend, and then I travel to Los Angeles for a week. SO, it may be a couple of weeks. I've also met an interesting woman. She's in Minneapolis and is also going through a divorce. She recently found Buddhism, and she's interested in bisexuality and polyamory. At her advice I'm reading The Alchemist which so far has been a delightful read. Maybe I'll meet up with her after my Los Angeles & Cleveland travel next week. Last night I got home after a long weekend with Holly. We had a WONDERFUL time, which made up for the not-so-wonderful time we had during new year's day. She picked me up at the airport Thursday night. We drove to her house, had some urgently delicious lovemaking, slept soundly, and woke up with some more urgently delicious lovemaking. She had to work; I intended to use my vacation day to get a run in and do some leisure reading, but instead I got sucked into work for about 5 hours. Her husband was also working from home. He and I had a great chat over lunch. Over the weekend he stayed mostly with his girlfriend (he broke up with the other one recently). Friday night Holly and I went to my first dungeon party! Her husband let me borrow his kilt (I added this picture to my profile shots), and Holly was all adorned with black leather and buckles, yet leaving plenty of skin showing. In Toronto there is a house that is completely set up for dungeon play. It's a 3 level home. In the entryway there is a parlor where there were refreshments. This was a good place for general mingling and after-care. The next room had a large wheel that a person could be strapped onto and spun vertically; no one tried it out while I was there. There were also at least five other stations where someone could be chained/strapped/tied into for bondage play. The room beyond that had four play stations. One table was being used for electrical play. There was also a kneeling bench to lie down on and get strapped to (where we wound up), a platform suspended by chains on the four corners (platform was about six feet by four feet, and about 2.5 - 3 feet off the ground), and then there was a sling over a large tub & tile area which was perfect for watersports. This was by far the busy room. Up the stairway were three rooms. One was a medical room for needle & blood play. The other was sort of like an office where quite a bit of play was happening, and the other was a French boudoir with suspension hardware over the bed and also in the center of the room. Upstairs to the top level was a changing room for everyone to keep jacket and to get dressed up accordingly. There was a fetish-only dress code. Holly and I are really getting into the dom/sub rough play. I've learned how to get her warmed up appropriately, and then escalate and rotate the sensations and floggings. In our scene I used floggers made from hair, rope, and different thicknesses of leather straps, a cluster of soft feathers, a Whartenberg Wheel (wheel of pins that give an amazing, high intensity painful/ticklish sensation depending on how much pressure is applied) and my stacked leather straps whapper. I was fully in "the zone" and wasn't aware of any onlookers, but apparently there were several. One shook my hand later that night in appreciation for delivering such an intense scene. I'm hooked and need to explore this further. Hopefully with a local partner someday soon! Saturday, more sex, brunch out, and then prepping for the dinner party with some friends new and old. It was a great night of food and fun. Holly's husband's girlfriend's husband has a new girlfriend who I met for the first time; she was a delight and fit nicely into the group. Also present was one of Holly's best friends who I had not yet met. Sunday, more sex, a 6 mile run, brunch, and more errand running. We went to a sex shop where I tried on some leather kilts, but I didn't find the perfect one. We then got a pizza and went to the condo downtown where we watched the Superbowl. Since I love football sex so much, much of the game was enjoyed unclothed. Holly also requested another beating which I was more than happy to dish out. Polyamory for me is quite interesting. It is amazing to continue to fall in love with Holly, yet also have the freedom to pursue additional love, and also to hear Holly's pursuit of additional love. Monday morning, more sex, brunch, and then we hit the road. On the way to the airport we swung by a favorite winery and got a couple of bottles. I got home last night at about 11:30.
