Wardrobe Malfunction
Wardrobe Malfunction Ok, here's the thing.... I rarely dress up. That means that when I do decide to strip out of my blue jeans and t-shirt, it's a major production....just ask hubby lol. Tonight we are going to a party, and I decided I wanted to wear a dress....major blunder. First of all, you can't just pick a dress and wear it anymore... you have to have the right bra to go with it!!! So right now, I'm wearing this black little dress with my white bra completely visible on my back.... not so good. I sent hubby across the street to buy some safety pins... he comes back with them, but we can't get them situated so that it looks semi-decent. Sometimes I wonder if it's worth the effort.... but there is something about dressing up that seems to add a little extra to the evening. Maybe it comes from growing up with a dad who always wore work clothes during the week, but a suit and tie on sundays and to outings.... even if he couldn't afford it. Who knows.... all I know is I wish looking good wasn't so damn hard to do! |

Playwith, I'm sure you looked fantastic as you always do. Too bad we weren't at the same party!

The "major production" of you strippin out of yer blue jeans and t-shirt would be just fine for me (and probably ruin any idea of going out anywhere) Personally like to see a woman who knows how to "dress down", and simply looks good without little or no effort, being completely comfortable wearing her own skin. On the other hand, there is a time and place for dress-up.........even if it only serves to transform.... are knee high suede boots dress-up or dress down?

Band-aids....great idea! Much cheaper than those pasties the lingerie stores try to sell you. Plus, when the night is over, you can re-use them on your blisters
