Another day
Another day I'm trying this whole new healthy college girl.. some to lose weight and some because going to college is expensive and eating healthy is cheap (most of the time), however today i was making a quinoa salad and cut my finger twice chopping japenos.... fast food is look alot safer now. Not that this sort of site is where ill find people who want to hear about my life, but then again Polyamory Date is key. Any tips on some healthy lifestyle choices? oh or any where to find a job (yes a real job not sex for money)? God bless and have a sexy night |

Fruit tea. Loaded with antioxidants and warm water is great for you! Plus studies show tea helps with hydration, memory, blood pressure, digestion, metabolism, immunity, irritability, headaches, cavities, arthritis, Parkinson's and even bad breath! Can't go wrong!

If you like spice I would highly recommend cayenne pepper, totally cleans out your arteries and helps with digestion. I would also recommend cilantro, but that's part of a more complicated heavy metal cleansing regimen, and it's not essential for everybody. Are you living alone like I did in first/second year? Preparing salads sucks when you're living alone but quinoa salads are perfect because you can make huge batches that last! It's truly a wonder food...
