Uploading videos

Won't be surprised if this post is rejected but wondering if anyone is having problems with uploading videos?

 I am I think it has todo with the file type but not sure yet

With all the (negative) changes done here, it was the file type, they seem to no longer allow .mov extensions. I have some videos here with the .mov extension so at some point those file types have been disallowed. I used Movie Maker to convert the file type of the video I took on my phone to .avi.

The thing is that their Help(less) desk was of no help at all in reporting the issue. I got a couple of "we're working on it responses" and others were rather rude with their responses. It's not stated what video types are allowed and all they had to do was mention the file type. I have not had to convert my videos in the past but I guess I'll have to from now on.
