New Executive Order coming on immigration

At Trumps rambling press conference he said a new EO is coming on immigration next week. Trump thinks he will solve the court problem with clever drafting. I don't think so.

The Virginia judge is convinced Trump is still pushing his campaign idea of banning Muslims. That idea is a violation of the First Amendment about free exercise of religion.

Banning visitors from seven majority Muslim countries, even if you allow green card holders, violates Equal Protection and Due Process guarantees in the Constitution.

I predict more than forty lawsuits all over the country, with the Washington judge quickly issuing a TRO and preliminary injunction again. The the Ninth Circuit will again issue a quick affirmance of the injunction by the same panel of judges.

You can rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic, but the ship still sinks.
